State College, PA has received 3.79" of precipitation this month and is the 10th wettest April on record. Although we are not in danger of breaking the record of 8.51" set in 1933 (I'm sure that didn't help spirits during the Great Depression), more rain is in the forecast today as well as the next week. Can we break the top 5 wettest April's on record?
